The required preparation level should be explicit. A basic refresh over sound surfaces is different from repairing cracks, lining walls or producing a high-detail finish under strong natural or feature lighting.
Colour samples should be checked in the actual room and at different times of day. For exterior work, weather, moisture and access influence both the programme and suitable products.

What preparation is included?
Preparation depends on the agreed finish and surface condition. The quotation should distinguish cleaning, filling, sanding, repairs, lining, priming and stain blocking where relevant.
Can you decorate after plastering?
Yes, once the plaster is ready for the specified coating system. Adequate drying and the correct first coat are important.
Do you paint woodwork and staircases?
Doors, frames, skirting, bannisters and other woodwork can be included with the appropriate preparation and finish.
Can you remove or hang wallpaper?
Yes. Existing wall condition is assessed because removal can reveal repairs needed before a new painted or papered finish.
Do you undertake exterior painting?
Exterior masonry, timber and related surfaces can be discussed, subject to condition, safe access, weather and the correct preparation system.
